Town houses start in the $140,000s, and home prices range from the $200,000s to the $400,000s. In fiscal year 2004-2005, the company closed on 621 homes in the area, and this year's goal is 830. Based in Dallas, D.R. Horton also has offices in Charleston, Hilton Head, Greenville and Columbia.
